Shipping policy

Items are crafted after your order is confirmed. When your order is confirmed we typically process your order and ship it out in 3-4 business days. If you have a personalized order we do our best to ship within 5-6 days depending on the complexity. Be prepared to have a longer processing time during typical holiday shopping seasons. If you need your item by a specific time, be sure to order at least 4 weeks before the time it is needed. As always, you can contact Pop and Dot with any questions on your item after you purchased as we know how hard it is to wait for a purchased item. (We get excited, too!)
